Evenings in downtown Adıyaman tend to play out on the same handful of streets, and if your head's elsewhere, you won't even clock it. University students take up one side, shopkeepers the other, and in between is a crowd of people all asking the same "what should we do" you are. The avenues are packed, but too many options can confuse you more than too few, so you end up circling instead of choosing.
